Don Coggins is the group leader and plays bass and sings. His past is dark and mysterious...some say he arrived here from a parallel universe and his real name is Sniggoc Nod. It has also been suggested he was found as a baby floating on a reed bed in the Nile River by vagabond traders. What is important is his ability to drive a bass line and sing lead vocals and harmony.

Wedge Michaels arrived on this planet in a flame enveloped space craft. It is said he originally landed in Kansas, but that has not been confirmed. His original home world, the planet Krapton, had become unstable and was tearing itself apart so his departure was necessary. Like all from the planet Krapton, Wedge is faster than a speeding rimshot, more powerful than a paradiddle and able to scale tall intros with a single cymbal crash. Of course he also sings and writes original music for Hotrod Horse.

Tom Westley plays guitar and fiddle and also sings lead and harmony. Compared to the previously mentioned band members, his life has been relatively uninteresting. Well, except for being the worlds first successful recipient of a mojo transplant and a lifelong hobby as an amateur gynecologist, but that's another story.

Thom Gustafson plays guitar and pedal steel and sings like a bird...although some have argued whether the bird is a meadow lark or a goose. He has absolutely no tatoos or piercings, although he has expressed a longing to his close friends for a tatoo of a six pack of abs on his abdomen. Hmmm...might need to make that a half rack.

These stories are all true...can you disprove them? It is however very likely these stories will be updated as more facts become known.
